Wear-resistant Grade PEEK
JUTAIPEEK?WR01 is a type of Polymeric Profiles with high grade wear-resistance. It is made from 10% of
short-cut Carbon Fiber, 10% of PTFE Powder, 10% of Graphite Powder modified Polyetherether Ketone (PEEK)
(JUTAIPEEK?WR01 is VICTREXTM PEEK Polymers 450FC30 raw material extruded profile).
With low frictional coefficient and low wear rate, JUTAIPEEK?WR01 is a kind of bearing grade PEEK-based
composites that has self-lubricating property. It can be applied as Polymeric bearings, gears, and dynamic seals,
especially for the demand of low noise level, low vibration and contact to corrosion medium.

Instructions for Use
Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine.?
Remove
surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of
removal layer is 0.5-1mm.
Product Storage Instructions
Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance.
Packed with polymeric film when not use.

Notes: Frictional coefficient and wear rate were tested according to ASTM D3702, that is using thrust washer
testing machine. Rubbing pair is PEEK sample thrust washer and 45# steel washer, and the contact area is
1.29cm2, and the inner diameter of the PEEK sample is 25mm. The applied load is 0.35MPa and the rubbing
velocity is 2m/s.
